Hank graduated from the Alberta School of Massage Therapy in 2023 after a fruitful, and fulfilling career as a professional ballet dancer. Being active, athletic, and artistic have been constant passions of his throughout his entire life, and strives to always pursue career paths that align with those passions. He can’t help but try to make people smile and laugh as much as possible, making every day as good as it can be!

Hank’s ballet career saw him perform on various stages in Alberta with the Alberta Ballet School and professional Company, but he spent most of his time in Las Vegas where he danced for the Nevada Ballet Theatre. Outside of the usual high quality ballet productions, he had the incredible opportunity to collaborate many times with Cirque du Soleil, and work alongside the unbelievably athletic, and wonderfully unique performers.

During his training and career Hank has had to rehabilitate countless injuries all over his body. His constant use, and need of massage and physical therapists allowed him to continue returning to the stage, and eventually sparked his desire to pursue massage as a career. The intense physical and mental strength that dancing professionally demands has allowed Hank to develop a more in-tune relationship with caring for the body and mind, which he tries to pass along to each person he treats.

Combined with his love of anatomy and physiology, Hank draws from all of his experiences from ballet to augment, and enhance his therapeutic approach to massage. He feels every person is unique, and deserves specialized treatment tailored to their physical needs, and their personality. He is always hungry for more knowledge, and experience that push him to give the best possible treatment he can.

Meet Amal, your friendly neighborhood physiotherapist with a passion for helping people get back on their feet. Her journey into physiotherapy started close to home when both her siblings faced ACL tears from their soccer exploits, sparking her interest in rehabilitation. Having been a sports enthusiast herself, playing soccer, basketball, and volleyball, she’s no stranger to the ups and downs of physical activity and the importance of effective physiotherapy. Amal’s personal experiences and love of science led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2020 before returning to her roots in Edmonton to complete her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta. Her treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, blending education, tailored exercise routines, and manual therapy to empower her clients to reclaim their active lifestyles. Whether you’re itching to get back on the field, eager to walk the dog pain-free, or just want to enjoy a good night’s sleep or a simple task like reaching for a coffee cup without discomfort, Amal is here to guide you every step of the way. Beyond the clinic doors, Amal enjoys unwinding with her favorite pastimes, from catching a basketball game on TV to hitting the gym for some weightlifting, boxing, or Pilates. Amal loves exploring Alberta whether it is by hiking in the mountains or indulging in Edmonton’s vibrant food scene or being on the lookout for new ice-cream spots around town.

Ari’s path to physiotherapy began in a classic youngest sibling way – by copying her siblings who said they wanted to be physios. Neither of them actually committed, they both chose very different career paths, but the idea stuck and turned into a real passion for helping people move better, feel better, and get stronger.

She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta in 2022. During her final year, she did her practicum at Integral and decided that a physio clinic is where she wanted to be. She there went on to earn her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at UofA as well.

Ari believes in finding the right balance between active and passive rehabilitation. She’s not afraid to challenge her clients because, as the saying goes, you can’t go wrong getting strong (most of the time). Expect a mix of exercise-based rehab, hands-on manual therapy to get things moving, and clear, straightforward education so you actually understand what’s going on in your body. She believes you’re the expert on your own body, but she’s here to guide you, push you (a little), and keep things fun along the way.

Kaitlyn’s journey to becoming a physiotherapist began during the years she spent dancing semi-professionally in Edmonton. An Edmonton local, Kaitlyn always says that when she wasn’t in the dance studio training, she was probably at a physiotherapy appointment getting help for her never-ending list of injuries. Her early exposure to physical therapy allowed Kaitlyn to develop a passion for helping individuals recover from their injuries and come out stronger than before. This passion led her to pursue a Bachelor’s of Science with a Specialization in Integrative Physiology from the University of Alberta in 2019, followed by graduating with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 2021.

Kaitlyn’s experience, education, and background in athletics have given her the right tools and techniques to put you on top. Whether you’re an athlete with a new or nagging injury, or someone struggling with ongoing aches and pains, Kaitlyn’s integrative treatment approach can get you performing and feeling your best. By combining active therapeutic exercise with manual therapy techniques, Kaitlyn will not only provide a unique and personalized approach to your treatment, but will also help you reach whatever goals you bring to the table.

When Kaitlyn isn’t at the clinic, you can find her working out, hiking in the mountains, baking up a storm (cookies, cupcakes, birthday cakes – you name it, she’ll bake it), or hanging out at the local dog park.
