Hank graduated from the Alberta School of Massage Therapy in 2023 after a fruitful, and fulfilling career as a professional ballet dancer. Being active, athletic, and artistic have been constant passions of his throughout his entire life, and strives to always pursue career paths that align with those passions. He can’t help but try to make people smile and laugh as much as possible, making every day as good as it can be!

Hank’s ballet career saw him perform on various stages in Alberta with the Alberta Ballet School and professional Company, but he spent most of his time in Las Vegas where he danced for the Nevada Ballet Theatre. Outside of the usual high quality ballet productions, he had the incredible opportunity to collaborate many times with Cirque du Soleil, and work alongside the unbelievably athletic, and wonderfully unique performers.

During his training and career Hank has had to rehabilitate countless injuries all over his body. His constant use, and need of massage and physical therapists allowed him to continue returning to the stage, and eventually sparked his desire to pursue massage as a career. The intense physical and mental strength that dancing professionally demands has allowed Hank to develop a more in-tune relationship with caring for the body and mind, which he tries to pass along to each person he treats.

Combined with his love of anatomy and physiology, Hank draws from all of his experiences from ballet to augment, and enhance his therapeutic approach to massage. He feels every person is unique, and deserves specialized treatment tailored to their physical needs, and their personality. He is always hungry for more knowledge, and experience that push him to give the best possible treatment he can.

Three E’s set Adam apart in his practice: education, experience and expertise. Adam’s first clinical nickname was “wild man” (he has the flask to prove it) because he is willing to do whatever it takes to help his clients get their health on track and live their lives to the fullest.

Numerous sport-related injuries have landed Adam on several physiotherapy tables over the years and really driven home the importance of integrating great treatment techniques with an unforgettable experience. Adam knows the importance of providing effective rehabilitation and returning to activity as soon as possible.

Adam’s focus is unwaveringly on the needs of his clients. He brings a contagious enthusiasm and energy to the clinic each and every day, which translates into memorable treatments. He has found his best outcomes result from treatment focused on education and exercise, often augmented with manual therapy, active release technique and dry needling techniques such as IMS and acupuncture.

It is often said that active people make the best physiotherapists, and Adam is more than qualified in this regard. Adam grew up playing a wide variety of sports from hockey to baseball to golf. If he is not in the clinic or playing with his two amazing daughters you will most likely find Adam mountain biking, running, in the gym or playing hockey.

When it comes to working with clients, Adam is thorough, fun and highly engaged. Adam thinks of physiotherapy as Sherlock Holmes thinks of solving a crime – it is important to investigate the root cause (AKA culprit) of his client’s pain in order to truly alleviate it!

Ryan’s interest for physical therapy started at an early age with multiple injuries from hockey and baseball. After a few different positive experiences in the clinic as a patient, Ryan was sold on physiotherapy as a career.

Ryan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2021 and returned home to Alberta to complete a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) at the University of Alberta.

A firm believer in providing a holistic approach to rehabilitation, Ryan’s treatment approach incorporates a combination of evidence-based interventions, manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise and education. Ryan is passionate about empowering clients to not only return to activity but also provide strategies to prevent recurrence of injury (because who wants to do rehab all the time?!). A goal of Ryan’s is to provide people with the tools, knowledge and confidence needed for effective self-management long after your rehabilitation ends. Ryan takes pride in being able to provide care to a variety of individuals regardless of your age or level of exercise experience. From competitive athletes to weekend warriors, to those looking to get into exercise for the first time, there is a place for everyone to start and reach their goals.

Growing up Ryan spent most of his time on the ice or the baseball field, playing competitively until going off to university. Now he spends more time watching than playing but is still trying to get out there as much as he can. Ryan is always open for sports discussion and constantly taking new food, coffee and travel recommendations. In the summer you can see him working on his golf game or checking out some of the trails around the city!

Kaitlyn’s journey to becoming a physiotherapist began during the years she spent dancing semi-professionally in Edmonton. An Edmonton local, Kaitlyn always says that when she wasn’t in the dance studio training, she was probably at a physiotherapy appointment getting help for her never-ending list of injuries. Her early exposure to physical therapy allowed Kaitlyn to develop a passion for helping individuals recover from their injuries and come out stronger than before. This passion led her to pursue a Bachelor’s of Science with a Specialization in Integrative Physiology from the University of Alberta in 2019, followed by graduating with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 2021.

Kaitlyn’s experience, education, and background in athletics have given her the right tools and techniques to put you on top. Whether you’re an athlete with a new or nagging injury, or someone struggling with ongoing aches and pains, Kaitlyn’s integrative treatment approach can get you performing and feeling your best. By combining active therapeutic exercise with manual therapy techniques, Kaitlyn will not only provide a unique and personalized approach to your treatment, but will also help you reach whatever goals you bring to the table.

When Kaitlyn isn’t at the clinic, you can find her working out, hiking in the mountains, baking up a storm (cookies, cupcakes, birthday cakes – you name it, she’ll bake it), or hanging out at the local dog park.
